Subtitles automaticaly merged with mp4 files

Hi,

Is this a way to achieve automatically mp4 files with subtitles inside?

So, the scenario is:

WebPVR downloading some content form BBC with subtitles.
It converts the subtitles content to srt format.
It merge the subtitles with mp4 file.

I don't know about automatic, but it seems you can do it with VirtualDub Mod. Here's a guide.
