Live Recording Help!

Say I use this command "get_iplayer --type=tv "http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlive/bbc_two" to record BBC Two live. How do I then Stop/Pause and then convert the recorded file. I am using Windows.

You can use --stop=<seconds>
